Faculty and Staff Permits
Faculty and Staff can apply for a permit through their MyIUP account. Faculty and Staff permits expire July 30, 2025.
Parking Garage Permits
Spaces in the IUP Parking Garage, located off Grant Street, are available for rent to members of the IUP community.

Commuter and Long-Term Robertshaw permits can be purchased through MyIUP or in the Parking and Transportation Office starting August 1. Temporary student or guest permits must be purchased in the Parking and Transportation Office. Students can add their name to the parking garage waitlist through MyIUP.
Commuter Permits
Undergraduate students living outside the designated IUP boundary, but within 75 miles of IUP, can get a commuter permit. Graduate students living within the boundaries designated by IUP can obtain a commuter permit.
Long-Term Robertshaw Permits
Anyone living in an IUP residence hall may purchase a parking pass for the Robertshaw parking lot.

Students living in IUP residence halls and traveling off campus for student teaching or clinical at least three days per week can apply for an academic experience permit.
