Replacement I-Cards may be obtained only at the I-Card Office (Clark Hall Lobby) during business hours.  If you would like a new photo on your replacement I-Card, upload a new photo through GET and make sure you receive the approval email from the I-Card Office before stopping in Clark Hall.  Once a new card has been issued, no previous cards can be reactivated.

If this is your first replacement card during the academic year (August–August), it's free! This is due to the annual $15 I-Card fee on your student bill.

After your first replacement card, any additional replacement cards will be $15 and must be paid up front at the I-Card Office. This includes cards that are lost, stolen, purposely damaged (broken in half, hole punched in the card, number or picture scratched out, etc.), or a previously replaced card.

Cards that are not swiping due to regular use will be replaced at no charge, whether it is your first replacement of the academic year or not.

We accept cash, check, or Crimson Cash. If you want to pay with a debit or credit card, you can add funds to your Crimson Cash account and then pay with Crimson Cash. Please note that there is a $1 fee to add funds to your Crimson Cash account online.

We are unable to add the replacement cost to your bill. The $15 fee is nonrefundable under any circumstance.

Your Crimson Cash will be available immediately. Access to your meal plan, Flex, and/or residence hall will not be available for up to one hour after your card has been replaced. If you live in Putt or Delaney halls, you will have to go to the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining and have your card recoded.

If you have any questions about your housing access, please contact the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining at 724-357-2696. Questions regarding your meal plan access should be directed to the Meal Card Office at 724-357-2347.
