IT Services employs students to assist in providing support to IUP faculty, staff, and students.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, technology-related assignments, support of walk-in customers at the Student Computing Help Desk, and over-the-phone troubleshooting.
Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) and Enterprise Desktop Management (EDM) also offer students the opportunity for employment. Responsibilities consist primarily of offering support to faculty and staff with IUP-owned hardware such as desktops, laptops, etc.
Prior knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technology-related issues, as well as customer service experience, are preferred.
