Complete the culinary arts curriculum with a paid externship in your final semester.
You will experience on-the-job training in your externship prior to graduation from culinary programs. Instruction and performance evaluation is done by the supervising chef at the externship site. Externship sites are located throughout the United States.
If you are pursuing the Culinary Arts/BS degree options, you will complete the externship semester and then continue their undergraduate coursework on the Indiana campus.
