As part of the national Poetry Out Loud recitation competition, a 20-year collaboration between the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation, ArtsPath at Indiana University of Pennsylvania will host a regional poetry recitation competition featuring the school champions from four different participating high schools.
The winner will move on to the state competition in Harrisburg to compete against 13 other regional champions for the right to represent Pennsylvania in the national competition, held in Washington DC.
