Ah yes, the Oregon Trail. One look at those rolling hills and it becomes a trail of possibility for any 1800’s American settler. This long haul is the key to riches for some, vast land for others, and… a horrible case of dysentery for most.
You see, this trail isn’t always so kind to those brave souls that travel its long snaking mass. That’s definitely the case for the foul-mouthed and dysfunctional family portrayed in the Starkid musical, The Trail to Oregon! (based on the computer game of a… similar name).
The Trail to Oregon! is a participating entry in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival.
