Experience the future of technology—robotics, drones, and exoskeletons—at IUP STEAM Camp!

Join our amazing summer experience at IUP for students finishing grades 8–11. You’ll use the IUP STEAMSHOP facility to design, laser cut, and 3D print parts to build your own simple mobile robot.

The camp has a $75 fee to cover the cost of materials, which can be paid by check on the first day of camp (some scholarships are available if the fee is a barrier to participation).

Learn about drone operation, safety and ergonomic data collection, and virtual reality simulation.  You'll add digital sensors and program controls for your mobile robot. On the final day, there is a mission that combines your drone skills with operating your mobile robot.

Are you up to the challenge?

We’re seeking students passionate about science, technology, and design. Is this you?
