Please use this day to mentally and physically rest; decompress and relieve some stress. Maybe connect with friends or simply enjoy an extra day at home. Lay a foundation for your wellness through the rest of the semester and beyond. This might include making sleep a priority, eating well, exercising, or doing what you need to do to focus on you.
