    Nicole Clark

    Nicole Clark is a certified diabetes educator (CDE), a registered dietitian (RDN), and a licensed dietitian nutritionist in Pennsylvania (LDN). Her research interests include diabetes, counseling, and complementary and alternative medicine.

    Nicole Dann-Payne

    Nicole Dann-Payne

    Nicole Dann-Payne is a registered dietitian (RDN), certified specialist sports dietitian (CSSD), a licensed dietitian nutritionist in Pennsylvania (LDN), and a certified health and wellness coach (CHWC) working in the areas of corporate and community wellness, along with higher education and sports nutrition. Her research interests include sports nutrition, wellness, and exercise science. Dann-Payne is the faculty coordinator of the IUP Sports Performance Nutrition Services.

    Pao Ying Hsiao

    Pao Ying Hsiao

    Pao Ying Hsiao is a registered dietitian (RDN) and licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN) in Pennsylvania. Her research interests focus on nutrition epidemiology, specifically dietary pattern analysis and the relationship between diet and obesity-related chronic diseases.

    Jodie Seybold

    Jodie Seybold

    Jodie Seybold is a registered dietitian (RDN) and a licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN) in Pennsylvania. She is the director of the IUP Dietetic Internship Program. Her research interests include disease prevention and community nutrition.

    Stephanie Taylor-Davis

    Stephanie Taylor-Davis

    Stephanie Taylor-Davis is a registered dietitian and a licensed dietitian nutritionist in Pennsylvania. Her research interests include nutrition education, nutrition intervention, public health nutrition, school-based and community nutrition with a focus on promoting fruit and vegetable consumption, food and culture, and technology-based/distance education. Taylor-Davis is also the director of the Center for Teaching Excellence.
