Klavier Records of Boca Raton, Fla., has commercially released a compact disc of the IUP Wind Ensemble titled Radiant Joy.

The disc is a compilation of selections from the past five years of “The Bands of IUP” annual releases. These annual releases are used for outreach and recruitment across the country. Klavier Records has selected nine works from the past five years of recordings to include on this disc. The ensemble is conducted by Dr. Jack Stamp.

This is the third such release on the Klavier label. Past releases have been Internal Combustion and Ride. The disc is being distributed worldwide by Naxos and is available on Amazon.com.

Last year's annual project is titled Spectrum and features twenty-one different musical ensembles from the IUP Music Department. The department's current recording project is titled Solo and will feature music faculty as soloists with university ensembles.
