Introduction to Grant Writing: One-Day Workshop at IUP Northpointe

Take the mystery and myth out of grant writing! Learn the sound planning skills needed to prepare yourself for the grant writing experience, how to identify appropriate grant funding opportunities, and the basic structure of a grant proposal.

You will also learn how to identify and use research, evaluation techniques, and budgeting to effectively communicate goals and objectives in a clear and concise manner. Special emphasis will be placed on how to develop partnerships and community agencies, sustainability plans for your program/project, and tips on skillful writing.
