Piper, Dupnock, and Buse Win Best Paper in Session

Dave Piper and Lisa Dupnock of the Employment and Labor Relations Department, along with Nicole Buse (former student, now instructor in the Hospitality Management Department) presented their research at the Applied Business and Entrepreneurship Association International conference in Honolulu, Hawaii, in November 2013.

The paper, “Understanding the Next Generation of Employees’ Emotional Intelligence,” won Best Paper in session.

The research project was a collaborative effort of faculty and graduate students from the Employment and Labor Relations Department.
