Life Skills: Improve Your Social and Emotional Intelligence

Kim Weiner will instruct a class in Spring 2014 entitled “Life Skills: Improve Your Social and Emotional Intelligence.” The course will provide students with various mindfulness skills to ultimately live a more successful and happier life.

Skills developed in this course will include:

  • Mindful awareness
  • Emotion regulation
  • Values clarification
  • Interpersonal skills to improve relationships

This course aims to help students increase their life skills in order to bring more happiness and joy into their lives. The course will be held on Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m.–noon in G31, Suites on Maple East. This Life Skills course is offered through the Counseling Center.
