The workshop “Got Stress?” will be offered on Wednesday, December 5, 2013, from 5:00–6:00 p.m. at Suites on Maple East, G-60.
It seems as if everyone is dealing with some form of stress. Learn the most common sources of stress for college students and tools for effectively dealing with stress. Workshop includes mindful meditation skills and resources available on campus.
