Ben Ford recently discussed the Master of Arts in Applied Archaeology program with the cast of the CRM Archaeology Podcast.

In his interview, Ford discussed the faculty and requirements that make the IUP program unique.

The CRM Archaeology Podcast is for and by archaeologists who work in cultural resource management (CRM). Approximately 90 percent of archaeologists working in the United States are employed in CRM. Nevertheless, CRM isn't widely taught in academic institutions.

The IUP MA in Applied Archaeology program is one of the few in the nation designed specifically to prepare students for work in CRM.

The podcast allowed Ford to discuss the IUP program, provided for feedback about the program from the show’s cast, and gave the cast an opportunity to offer advice to students in an Anthropology/Archaeology MA program.
