Talking with College Students about Alcohol: Conversations That Work

The Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs Program is offering BASICS—Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students—training to all faculty, staff, and graduate students at no cost.

BASICS is an empirically based intervention that incorporates stage of change and motivational interviewing strategies to enable you to assist students in reducing high-risk behaviors.
