College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Celebrates 10 Years of Supporting Women As Leaders In STEM

The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics will hold its annual Women in Mathematics, Science, and Technology program on April 6, 2015, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in Weyandt Hall. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the program.  

The celebration of women as leaders in science, technology, and mathematics will begin with hosting young women from area high schools on a tour of selected research laboratories highlighting projects currently underway in those labs.

A poster session celebrating the work of female students and faculty will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the first floor of Weyandt Hall. The program will conclude with an awards ceremony at 5:30 in 107 Weyandt Hall recognizing the best research posters and the annual presentation of the Patricia Hilliard Robertson Memorial Scholarship.

If you are interested in displaying your research poster, please complete and return the submission form to Jessica Stiles at by Wednesday, April 1.
