Financial Operations Training Sessions Close in May

As IUP's Fiscal Year 2014–15 draws to a close on June 30, 2015, the Financial Operations staff is beginning to focus our resources on preparing for IUP’s fiscal-year-end close and our annual independent audit.

As in past years, the Financial Operations staff will not be conducting formal training sessions from May 13 through August 7, 2015. These sessions include SAP Finance System Training, Business Intelligence Training, Purchasing Card Training, and Travel Card Training. Should you have any problems or questions during this time period concerning these services, please contact any of the Financial Operations staff, and we will assist you as rapidly as possible with your specific situation.

Also, if you anticipate needing a Purchasing Card or Travel Card issued before the coming fall semester, please place your request before May 1, 2015, as this will help us respond more quickly in providing you with the applicable card and training.
