A Mindful Way of Living

Mindfulness is, in its truest sense, a way of living. Someone living mindfully is able to stay is the present moment, taking a nonjudgmental stance toward his or her experience.

Living mindfully can help students navigate through the highs and lows of the college world, helping alleviate stress and live more peacefully. This workshop will review mindfulness, its basic tenets and principles, and will also offer some techniques and practices that students might take with them that can help them be more present in their lives.
