Powers Presents Workshop on Analytics and Testing

Mike Powers, Director of Electronic Communications, presented a workshop on “Improving Your Content with Analytics and Testing” at the Confab Intensive 2016 conference in Seattle, Wash.

The sold-out workshop had over 120 people in attendance, including employees of Amazon, Capital One, Evernote, Facebook, Google, Hilton Worldwide, PayPal, Sierra Club, Visa, Wal-Mart, and Zillow. It looked at ways to integrate analytics and testing into content strategy practices and at specific content measurement techniques using content metrics, web analytics, and social media metrics.

Confab Intensive is a three-day, international, hands-on content strategy conference that presents “deep-dive workshops spanning UX, CMS, editorial, workflow, and governance.”
