Contacting the Web Team

Submitting an ihelp ticket is the preferred method of contacting the Web Team. The Web Team monitors new ihelp tickets daily. An ihelp ticket is often the fastest way to get assistance with your request and track its progress.

If you have a general question, you can also e-mail the Web Team at web-team@iup.edu. Note that for some e-mail requests the Web Team may create an ihelp ticket in your name to ensure your request gets routed and resolved properly.

If it’s truly an emergency, you can always call 724-357-3062.
