In MyIUP, you can access commonly used applications by clicking on the Tools menu of MyIUP.

MyIUP-Tools-MenuThese applications include:

  • Banner Web Client: for authorized users, the Ellucian system that manages student information, accounts receivable, financial aid, alumni/advancement, and finance
  • iwiki: a collaboration site, including the electronic curriculum repository, state authorization list for IUP programs, and internship agreements
  • URSA Navigation: the old-style navigation for URSA applications
  • MyIUP Student View (PDF): screenshots of what students see in MyIUP
  • ESS: Employee Self-Service, for leave requests and balances, payroll, and benefit information
  • iaccounts: service for managing your IUP Network ID
  • Qualtrics Survey Tool: an application for sending electronic surveys at no cost to IUP students and employees

iwiki, URSA, and Qualtrics are all single-sign-on applications, meaning you won’t have to enter your password again when accessing these services.

You may have additional applications available to you based on your security profile.

Students have access to the Tools menu as well, with different options. They can access ESS, iaccounts, the Student Tech Guide, and the Qualtrics survey tool.
