As IUP’s Fiscal Year 2016–17 draws to a close
on June 30,
2017, the Financial Operations staff is beginning to focus its
preparing for IUP’s fiscal-year-end close and our annual
in past years, the Financial Operations staff will not be
training sessions from May 10 through August 4, 2017. These
include SAP Finance System Training, Business Intelligence
Training, and Purchasing
Card Training. Should you have any
questions during this time period concerning these services,
please contact any
of the Financial Operations staff and we will assist you as
rapidly as possible
with your specific situation.
Also, if you anticipate needing issued a purchasing card before the coming fall semester, please place your
request before April
28, 2017, as this will help us respond more timely in providing
you with the
applicable card and training.
