Finals will be approaching quicker than you think! With all the added stress, learning Koru Mindfulness is what you need to do.

Join Kim Weiner, PhD, as she helps you become more mindful, less stressed, get better sleep, and have less self-judgment. This is a four-week free class that meets on the following Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. in Room G18, Suites on Maple East.
