Open your mind. Manage your stress with Koru Mindfulness. If stress is preventing you from succeeding at school, sleeping at night, or you want to open your mind and get rid of negative thoughts, learning Koru Mindfulness is what you need to do.
Join Kim Weiner, PhD as she helps you become more mindful, less stressed, get better sleep, and have less self-judgment. This is a four-week session that meets on the following Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. in Room G18, Suites on Maple East.
