Anthropology's Chadwick Appointed to an International Archaeology Committee

William J. Chadwick, Anthropology Assistant Professor, was recently appointed to the Society of American Archaeology's Committee on Climate Change Strategies and Archaeological Resources.

The mission of the SAA Committee on Climate Change Strategies and Archaeological Resources is to monitor climate change and its effects as they relate to archaeological resources and to make recommendations to the SAA Board to improve the society's effectiveness in meeting the multiple challenges posed by climate change to the archaeological record. This appointment extends through April 16, 2021.
