Philosophy majors Wade Larison, Alexander Puri, and Daniel Wethli and philosophy faculty member Hans Pedersen presented papers at the PASSHE Interdisciplinary Association for Philosophy and Religious Studies, held March 23, 2019, at Kutztown University.
Larison presented a paper titled “Social Media and Heidegger’s Concept of Fallenness,” which was awarded third prize among undergraduate submissions.
Wethli presented a paper titled “The Common Escape into Kierkegaard’s Aesthetic Sphere of Existence.”
Puri presented a paper titled “Moral Elasticity.”
And Pedersen presented a paper titled “Heidegger, Freedom, and Alternate Possibilities.”
