Spring 2019 Banquet for Geography and Regional Planning

Students and faculty of the Department of Geography and Regional Planning attended a banquet to celebrate accomplishments during the 2018–19 academic year on April 12, 2019.

Among the activities at the banquet were induction of students into Gamma Theta Upsilon (the national Geography Honors Fraternity); recognition of student paper and poster awards from the department’s research week which occurred March 25–29, 2019; and a presentation to the students and faculty by Brian King, a faculty member in the Department of Geography at Penn State University.
