The fall Crimson Common Hours are coming to an end with this week’s workshop, “Managing Stress,” as the last for the semester.
The University College and LEAD peer mentors, together with the Student Success specialists, have hosted nine workshops this semester. The workshops have had a total attendance of 189 student I-Card swipes throughout the nine events.
Students from across the university and the exploratory concentrations attended Crimson Common Hours this semester. The workshops focused on topics such as studying for college, campus employment, campus resources, and personality traits related to major choice.
The Common Hours are another way the University College is supporting students as they explore major choices and make the transition from high school to college.
Crimson Common Hours will return in the spring with even more events. Mark your calendars now—the first Crimson Common Hour will be January 23, 2020!
