This course, consisting of four weekly classes, is designed to teach basic mindfulness and meditation skills. Mindfulness has been empirically demonstrated to help focus attention, improve mood, and decrease stress and anxiety. This is a noncredit
course and is free of charge. Plus, the companion app is paid for by IUP.
