Student Vocalist Is Award Winner

Kristin Dudra, a senior with a double major in Music and Speech and Language Pathology, was recently named the winner of the Blanche Z. Hoffman Memorial Award for Voice given by Sigma Alpha Iota, the International Music Fraternity for Women.

The scholarship is in the amount of $1,500. This award is trienniel (only given every three years) and is divided into performance awards for strings or harp, voice, woodwinds or brass, and piano or percussion. Only one person in each instrument category receives the scholarship.
