An easy commute from Pittsburgh, the Northpointe campus is just off Route 28 at Exit 18 in Freeport. As a commuter campus, it offers students the advantages of living at home and easing their way into college life while saving money otherwise spent on room, board, and other fees.
Students also have the benefit of receiving an IUP education. Students can go to Northpointe to start any of IUP’s more than 140 majors. All courses at Northpointe are taught by IUP faculty members and transfer to IUP’s main campus. So students won’t end up taking classes that don’t count toward their degree.
In addition, a handful of programs can be completed right at the Northpointe campus: two associate, two bachelor’s, and two master’s degree programs.
