  • This form allows students or faculty advisors to submit news and/or events on behalf of recognized student organizations.

    (If that doesn’t describe you—for instance, if you want to submit a news item or an event for an IUP department or office—you can place your news and events in the Beak by posting them in your website’s news and events section. For more information, consult our guidelines.)

    All fields are required except where otherwise indicated.

    In the Beak, only the first 20 words of your title will display.

    This will be the lead paragraph of your news item and/or the summary of your event.

    Events are posted as calendar items, news items will be listed under “Student Organizations.”

  • When Your Event Will Appear

    Events submitted by noon on a business day will appear on the website and in the Beak the following business day.

    Events submitted by noon on Friday will appear in the following Monday’s edition of the Beak.
