An unofficial copy of your transcript will be accepted for our review of your admissions application. An official copy of your final transcript is required prior to starting classes.

Did you complete college coursework before attending the Academy of Culinary Arts?

College classes completed prior to attending the Academy may fill some or all of the Culinary or Baking AAS liberal studies requirement. Official transfer credit evaluation is established through the Transfer Services Office in the Office of Admissions. If applicable, be sure to submit official copies of your college transcripts (other than IUP) when you apply.

We consider all optional information submitted to us when we make scholarship awards and admissions decisions.

Submit all culinary admissions materials to IUP Culinary Admissions, 125 South Gilpin Street, Punxsutawney, PA 15767, or upload them to us from your Admissions Profile.

Your admission decision to Culinary Arts will be made within two weeks after we receive all of the required application pieces and any additional documentation requested. (An essay, recommendation, and/or entrance exam may be required if we need more information to make an admissions decision.)
