Students at Experience IUP
Come to IUP's admitted student program, Experience IUP!
This is an event exclusively for admitted students to learn more about what it is like to be part of the IUP community. You will be able to learn more about the many ways in which IUP provides opportunities and supports student success.
The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m.
At Experience IUP, you will:
- Meet with faculty and students from your intended major
- Explore department facilities and classrooms
- Learn about student services and support designed for your success
- Have the option to take a residence hall only or a full campus tour
- Get a picture with Norm, our mascot
- Eat lunch in North Dining Hall
- Meet other students admitted to IUP just like you
- Get a free T-shirt
- Sign the Hawk Tower
You don't have to be committed yet! Most students are still deciding, and some already know that IUP is the one. This program is here for you to ask questions and get answers wherever you are in your college choice process.
A few notes:
- Registration is required. Because we work to ensure that all students who attend are able to speak with faculty and students from the major into which they were admitted, we need to know that you are planning to attend.
- Fine Arts Students (Art/Music/Musical Theatre)—If you still need to audition or submit an art portfolio, this is a great day to take care of that as well.
