Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2020, for Into the Streets, a day of service connecting IUP students with local nonprofit agencies.
Into the Streets is a biannual day of service in which IUP students are invited to become involved in the community by helping various nonprofit and/or human service agencies. It is an opportunity for local organizations to finish projects that may have been postponed due to lack of time or resources. Past projects include tree planting/landscaping, conducting clean-up efforts, painting, and offering services to the aged or physically challenged. The projects are determined by the agencies involved.
You can register as an individual or as a team. All participants get a free t-shirt and pizza! If you wish to participate, please fill out the Individual/Team Application by Friday, April 10, 2020.
The event will be held rain or shine.
There will be a mandatory meeting for all individuals and team leaders on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. in the Monongahela Room in 305 Pratt Hall.
