Are you looking for professional attire at a discounted price? Are you planning to attend some of the upcoming career fairs this spring, but you aren’t sure you have the right kind of attire to make a good first impression?
The IUP Career and Professional Development Center is partnering once again with JCPenney for its Suit-Up Event, with an extra 30 percent discount for IUP students, faculty, and staff only on select men's and women's career dress apparel, shoes, and accessories.
Suit-Up is being held online this semester, and participants will need to text IUP to 67292 to receive the discount. Any interested IUP student, faculty, or staff member can shop the discounts. The event will begin on January 30 and run through March 31.
Kelsey Thompson, associate director of the CPDC, has helped to coordinate the event since they began offering it in 2018. "We are excited to provide IUP students with the opportunity to begin to build their own professional wardrobes," Thompson said. "By hosting this event online, students have the opportunity to search for and purchase professional attire at a discounted price, from the comfort of their home or dorm room."
