For the first time ever, the Co-op Store is starting its end-of-semester textbook buyback before the Thanksgiving break.
All this week, the Co-op Store is buying back textbooks that you are done using, even if you didn't buy them from the store. Get up to 50 percent of the purchase price back for titles being reused on campus. This early buyback will run through Friday, November 20.
While we encourage students to keep their books until their professors are done using them for the semester, we'll take them off your hands if you're done with them!
Similarly, the Co-op Store is also accepting textbook rental returns this week for students who are done with them and don't anticipate coming back after the Thanksgiving break. The store will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Normal buyback will take place during finals week, December 7-11. Students have until December 14 to return book rentals without penalty. They may also mail their rentals back to the store and receive a $7.50 credit to cover shipping. That credit can be used toward any store purchase.
In addition, don't forget to do some holiday shopping during our Customer Appreciation Days, through Friday, November 20. Everything in the store is 30 percent off, with the exception of textbooks and Norm's Bargain Corner.
