The Counseling Center will offer an additional Understanding Self and Others Group for the Spring 2020 semester.
Do you struggle to maintain close relationships? Want to learn about yourself and better understand your relationships? Looking to practice new ways to express your feelings in a safe and encouraging space? Then this group is for you!
Understanding Self and Others will be held on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m.
Participation in group requires a screening appointment.
