The 2023 Ricupero scholarship recipients are Samantha Swidowski from Chester, WV, and Madison Macchia from Cresson, PA.
Established by members of the Ricupero and Lubold families to honor their parents and grandparents, this scholarship is awarded to outstanding and talented students enrolled in the Academy of Culinary Arts. Academy of Culinary Arts students are eligible to apply for this scholarship during their second year in the program.
In August, Samantha will complete her externship at Nemacolin in Farmington, PA, and Madison will complete her externship at the Duquesne Club, in Pittsburgh.
