Program Summary
The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Student Employment Program was established to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical job skills while working with or under the guidance of experienced personnel. SSEP provides internships for undergraduate and graduate degree-seeking students enrolled in scientific, engineering, or mathematics majors.
Program Benefits
- Wages start at $17.66 per hour.
- Participants may be eligible for tuition and book assistance.
- 401k, life, and health benefits provided.
- Participants who complete the program may be eligible for conversion to a permanent position with a substantial salary increase.
