As you come to campus this fall we want you to know that IUP Dining has been working hard to ensure the safety of our customers and employees as we prepare to open. Working within the CDC guidelines and through guidance of the Pennsylvania Department
of Agriculture (Food Licensing), we have created a comprehensive plan to ensure that we offer the safest program we can and continue to provide first-class food and service.
Dining on campus will be different, and at times confusing; but we assure you we will have options available to suit your needs and wants. Below we are outlining our general plan for fall operations, subject to change as the needs of the community change.
To ensure your safety we have adopted new ways of service across campus. This fall we will offer the following types of service:
GrubHub – Please consider using GrubHub first before other options
Hand & Go
GrubHub and take-out will have lines at the cashier stand; signage will be in place to explain the safe way in and out of the building.
GrubHub – Please consider using GrubHub first before other methods.
True Balance – Hot protein, starch, two vegetables, side salad, soup of the day.
Balance is only available through GrubHub
Grill – Hamburger/cheeseburger, specialty sandwich, veggie burger, composed salad, two french fry options, dessert, fruit, side salad.
Soup – Cheese or pepperoni pizza, side salad, two soups and piece of fruit.
Take-Out – Students can order face-to-face at each station.

*Entry limited to the Cogswell side of the building.
Entry and exit limited to north side of building at small parking lot.
†Hand & Go is available inside the food court for traditional grab-and-go cooler items.
Our convenience store provides a variety of groceries and snacks along with a large selection of bottled beverages.
Bagged lunches will be offered for lunch and dinner.
All other locations not listed are currently under review. Locations, style of service, and hours are subject to change.
