Josh Hill, a 2016 IUP communications media graduate, has been hired as the new director of Strategic Communications and Ideation for IUP Athletics. He is replacing Ryan Rebholz, who left the position in July.
Hill previously held similar positions at Frostburg State University (Maryland), Gannon University, Davis & Elkins College, and most recently Stevenson University (Maryland).
His duties will involve creating online content for IUP Athletics, including social media posts, statistics, game coverage, and updates to the IUP Athletics website.
Hill is a Homer City native who graduated from IUP with a bachelor’s degree in communications media and a minor in sports management in 2016. While at IUP, he worked for IUP-TV, the Penn, and was a student worker for Rebholz.
