The Faculty-in-Residence program is sponsored by the Office of Residence Life and the Office of Housing and Dining. The program houses professors in residence halls to encourage interactions between faculty members and undergraduate students beyond the
classroom and laboratory. The Faculty-in-Residence serves as a mentor, advisor, advocate, and facilitator to lead the development of an academic focus for a residential community in partnership with the Residence Life staff.
