MyIUP is getting an updated look and some new functionality this spring. You will still use the portal for the same things you currently do, like register for classes, access financial aid and billing information, and more. With the update, users will now have integrations with other products, a customizable dashboard, and a new interface that is mobile-friendly and works on any screen and any device.

Information Sessions via Zoom

There will be informational Zoom sessions offered to faculty, staff, and students which will include a demonstration of the product, review of the new features, and transition timeline.

About the Updates to MyIUP

The main function of the portal will remain the same: access to university systems, tools, forms, and more. If you access something through MyIUP now, you'll still access it in the new system. Content in the portal has been refined and reduced to make finding what you need faster and less confusing. And the new system is more user- and mobile-friendly.

More information about the new features and updates throughout the semester can be found on the MyIUP web page. Check back during the semester for updates.

The new portal offers users:

Streamlined Experience

New integrations with DegreeWorks, Outlook, Advise, and more bring some of your most-used university tools into a single place.

User-Friendly Interface

Simplified information and a modern, mobile-friendly interface create an easier-to-use system. Use the Discover feature to find and select just the cards you need and add them to your Dashboard.

Customizable Dashboard

The customizable Dashboard provides one-click access to your most-used and needed cards. Add, remove, and reorganize your cards to create your unique Dashboard.

Transition Timeline

The informational sessions/product demonstrations will be offered the week of February 12. Starting on Monday, February 19, links will be available to the new portal in the current portal and on the MyIUP web page

Both current and new portals will be available during the spring semester. After the end of the semester, the current portal will go offline and be replaced with the new system. More information will be shared throughout the semester.
