Indiana Musicale, the Indiana Chapter of the Pennsylvania Music Teachers Association, hosted its sixth Monster Piano Concert on Saturday, February 8, 2020.
IUP piano faculty members Henry Wong Doe and Evan Engelstad directed the event, which included a morning rehearsal session. The concert featured 18 pianos played by 24 pre-college pianists from Indiana and neighboring counties. The IUP Piano Studio was also featured in two ensemble selections, and each student coached the participants throughout the rehearsal day.
