Indiana Borough Council Tuesday recognized and thanked two Indiana University of Pennsylvania students who essentially have worked as borough staff members more than three years while in the Community Federal Work Study Program.
Student interns Stephanie Walters and Aubrey Turgeon, who are both graduating in May, did “outstanding work” in all departments of the borough, according to Dana Turgeon, the borough's assistant manager and Aubrey's father.
Participating in the recognition ceremony were, left to right, Brad Gotshall, borough manager; interns Walters and Turgeon; council president Peter Broad; and assistant manager Turgeon. (Teri Enciso/Gazette photo)
