What's a book that means a lot to you?
This book is about improving morale, which in turn improves team dynamics and work results when taking a new approach to things in the work environment.
It’s a quick, relatable, and enjoyable read that translates to everyone in the workplace. I have read this multiple times and recall it often in several situations, and no matter what the work environment is, the four key components still apply: Be Present, Make Their Day, Have Fun, and Choose Your Attitude.
