IUP Libraries 2018 LibQUAL+ Survey

The image is an infographic summarizing some key details from the LibQUAL+ survey.

A pie chart indicates that 61 percent of respondents were undergraduates, 21 percent were graduate students, and 18 percent were faculty or staff of the university.

Below the pie chart, two side-by-side images and text detail that 80 percent of graduate students use online library resources on a daily or weekly basis, and 62 percent of undergraduate students visit the library to use our resources on a daily or weekly basis.

A section titled “What did you tell us?” has three side-by-side text sections, describing what each group of respondents liked the most.

Undergraduates most liked our courteous staff and the comfortable, inviting space.

Graduate students most liked the confidence they gain from the library staff and space we provide for group learning and study

Faculty and staff most liked the quiet and collaborative spaces the library offers for teaching and research.

A quote is centered below the three comment sections, which says “the library best at providing helpful staff and excellent services, such as chat reference and interlibrary loan.”

In the final section of the infographic, titled “We’re using your feedback to improve,” there are two side-by-side sections. The first, with an icon of a signpost, indicates that we are improving signage inside the library; and the second, with an icon of a computer and mobile device, indicates that we are working on improving the library website design.
