The Office of Payroll Services is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all employees of Indiana University of Pennsylvania including faculty, staff, and students.
Employee Self-Service (ESS) allows Pennsylvania State System employees to review various payroll and benefits information to them through a secure, online portal. Using ESS, employees can access pay statements, review banking information for direct deposit, access their electronic timesheet (only certain employees), and update their personal phone numbers, personal email address, emergency contact information, and campus/work address. Employee Self-Service Frequently Asked Questions are available for your assistance. (First-time login, resetting your ESS password, data changes, etc.)
